This rate is reserved exclusively for launch-cohort buildings signing the bundled, building-wide agreement in 2026. The rate is locked for the 5-year initial contract term with annual escalation capped at the Panama Consumer Price Index (CPI). Regular post-launch pricing will be materially higher for buildings signing after the launch cohort.

How is Connecta different from Tigo, Cable Onda, +Móvil, Claro, or Wipet?

Connecta is not a traditional retail ISP. We do not sell direct-to-consumer plans. We operate through the building's Junta Directiva under a B2B2C model, meaning the entire building receives bundled service. The difference vs. traditional ISPs: ubiquitous common-area coverage (not just inside the unit), dedicated focus on luxury MDU buildings with five-star-hotel experience, native integration of cybersecurity and smart services, bilingual ES-EN 24/7 support, rigorous Ley 81 compliance with data resident in Panama, and professional NOC operation in Panama — the Junta administers nothing technical.

Which buildings are served?

Premium residential buildings in Panama City: Paitilla, Punta Pacífica, Costa del Este, Avenida Balboa. The first pilot building is The Point Paitilla, with service activation in June 2026. After the pilot, expansion proceeds by launch-cohort building.

Where does my data go? Does any of it leave Panama?

Resident data stays in Panama at the network edge (local in-building storage, ~500 GB per unit). Telemetry that leaves the building (Connecta's NOC, abuse-detection providers, the international Wi-Fi-fabric partner) requires explicit click-accept consent from the resident and is governed by a Joint Controller Agreement between Blue Mint S.A. and the Junta Directiva. Full compliance with Ley 81 (Personal Data Protection).

What optional services can I add?

Each resident chooses individually and is billed directly by Connecta (the Junta administers nothing). Tiered security: AI $15/mo, Colombia-monitored $40/mo, Panamanian armed-guard response $150/mo. Elder Monitor (sensors $40, sensors+wearable $65, +clinician on-call $110). Tech Concierge (AI $15, +dedicated human agent $35, +in-home visits $75). How does this affect my monthly maintenance fee as a resident?

The $100/unit base rate is incorporated directly into the building's monthly maintenance fee. The Junta manages it as a building service, similar to how common-area electricity or security is managed. Optional add-on services are contracted directly between each resident and Connecta and do not affect the building's maintenance fee.

What does the building (the PH) gain by signing with Connecta?
